Yes , after SoftBank's decision (selling ARM ) NVIDIA hurried to give their offer to buy immidiatly , after discussions they got ARM for 40 B dollars .

This would be a good deal because NVIDIA has good developers and abilities and can give more to ARM , but can be somehow bad for other companies that work with ARM , since NVIDIA now can monopolize the technologies sold by ARM to them .. but I dont think that NVIDIA does this.
